Was contacted by a sweet lady named Terri. She took my information and stated I would hear from someone. The next day a Leanne called during work hours, I explained to her I could not talk. The next day I called her 3 different times to no avail. She sends me a text about property damage which was not a priority, as much as the list of Dr*s was that Terry told me I would get provided because my neck is still hurting. Leanne sends be 1 Dr name and that was the only one she was willing to provide. Everyone talks like they are so responsive yet they were not at all to me. I advised them I would be looking to find other counsel. They pretty much told me I couldn't, however when I asked someone to call me to explain that to me, I have yet to receive that call. Once again, response time is the issue I have considering I have never been involved in anything like this and had questions about things, especially about the Drs as I was looking for one closer to me and I was told there would be a list. Maybe it was just the team I was assigned, but I was not feeling like I was a priority in any way, therefore, they won't have to worry about ever helping me again
