Katherine is a gift from God (or your deity of choice). If I could give her 100 stars, I would. She rectified a situation for me that I worried was a lost cause. I was misrepresented, at best, by the first attorney I hired in a custody suit, and the resulting judgment was horrible for my family. I knew that I would need one of the best in the business to represent me going forward, if I had any hope of fixing the mess I was in. Katherine was recommended to me by several people whose judgment I trust; they said she was a compassionate and empathetic, trauma informed, and also a bulldog in the courtroom. From the first time I met with Katherine, I felt seen and heard. She never made me feel like I was fighting a losing battle, even before I had enough evidence to fix my situation. She assured me that she would do anything within her power to resolve my problem, and she made good on her word ten-fold. She kept me up to date through the whole process; she, or someone from her office, made sure I was aware of any motions, judgments, or communication pertaining to my case. When I was faced with time-sensitive issues, she was available to help me navigate them. When I was at my wits end and screaming into the phone out of desperation, she listened with empathy and encouragement. She prepped me from sunup to sundown in the days preceding our trial. She was my guide, my voice, and my cheerleader through the whole process. And, when her 2+ years' worth of work paid off, and I finally got the judgment I'd sought, she was the first one to wrap me up in a bear hug and tell me what a great job I'd done with my testimony, and how happy she was for me and my family. She gave us a sense of peace and relief that we had not felt in YEARS. There are not words to adequately express the gratitude we have in our household for Katherine. If you need someone who will fight for you like you were her own family, Katherine is the one. She is the only attorney in Arkansas who I would trust to represent my family's and my interests.

I can't begin to express how grateful I am for Katherine, Lauren, Jamie and her entire team. From our very first call - I felt heard, seen and respected...and then guided with exceptional care and legal advice through the entire process. They are all trauma-informed, as well, so having such a safe space - especially during such a difficult time...meant more than I could begin to express. Without question- the ONLY attorney I trust with the safety of our child. Custody and trauma can be incredibly difficult, but Katherine and her entire team (especially Jalen!) are very adept at navigating the best way to make sure the best interests of a child are being held as the priority. For those saying how expensive it is- when it comes to legal representation, you get what you pay for, and Katherine's team is worth every cent and then some. We have been working with them for 2 years through some incredibly difficult territory, and they are absolutely the best there is. They fight for our son like he was their own, and they have become part of our family. This is an open recommendation and endorsement without the slightest hesitation. Love them all!

I feel safe with Catherine with a k... I feel so strongly about this law office that I'm going to take the time to correct my voice to text. The law offices of Katherine e Blackmon is the office that I care enough about to get her name right so that when I scream it when I can't breathe, people hear me.
