Mr. Brooks took on my case almost a year ago. Everything seemed very hopeful. I had alot riding on this case. I had explained to Mr. Brooks. We agreed that I would come in the office to make a down payment on my case and I did. A good amount at that. Well a week passed, a month then I called no answer, no call back. No letter no text nothing. I thought maybe he's just busy. But no this has went on for months. He does have a answering service now for what good it does I just don't see it. Still no reply. Today I have decided to move on to a more professional establishment. I also want my money I paid after receiving no service for it. If I am wrong and he has actually worked on my case and can show proof. I will forget the money. But it has to be something that is going to benefit my case with my son.

It was the best decision for my daughter and I to get Mr Cook to represent us. He explained to us the detailed process. Completed the whole case before my daughter's school year. We are super happy and would recommend Mr Cook to anyone.

Bryce cook is terrible attorney. Don't use if going through a divorce. Gives no advice basically lets other party decide whats in the decree. While leaving everything out that you wanted. Wont fight for you. I continue to pay for Bryce's negligence or laziness whatever want to call it
