Brian miles is Very rude and disrespectful. they are not there to help at all. and when you question them they get even more rude and disrespectful and start yelling at you over the phone. Very unprofessional and truly doesn't care about the client and the what's best

Spoke to Brian Miles for a total of 3 minutes on the phone. I was just inquiring about a situation. In that 3 minutes he was extremely short and rude and hung up on me. I literally didn't even finish explaining my situation before he cut me off and hung up on me. Too bad that law degree didn't come with a lesson on etiquette and common courtesy.

First of all I was trying to contact a public defender first name Scott can't quite remember the last name pretty sure he's the only Scott there though anyways I was trying to contact him on behalf of a friend I have behind bars the reason I needed to contact him was because my friend wanted to take the plea agreement offered to him and the attorney instead of accepting the plea agreement pled not guilty on behalf of my friend which is going to make him set in jail for another few months. Not only this but every call I've made or message I left has been completely ignored also I am not the only person calling on behalf of this friend so in my mind it's quite ridiculous not to get back to any one of the number of people trying to get in touch with Scott... Especially whenever you are dealing with people's lives

My son got into some trouble he is 15 and is African American I have had only two public defenders Mrs Jones and Mr miles ms Jones has been sick she nows my son personally well to make a long story short Mr miles refuses to talk to me after I ask him are you defending my son or against my son well there is video footage of the incident I ask him has he seen ot he said no now people how can you defend someone and not view all evidence? Not only did he tell me to shut my mouth infront of a hallway full of people but my son all because I said his behavior was racist and it was for a defense attorney to tell his black client take the deal your guilty without looking at everything

I didn't have an extremely bad experience with Scott being my grandsons PD. I do appreciate my grandson receiving jail time/probation instead of going to prison..
