Joy was great. Everything was fast and simple. She had the papers ready and made sure I understood them. As I signed she offered a list of drinks. When I was done I asked to use the restroom, which was very clean. As I returned from the restroom she had picked out a nice camo hat and gave it to me along with a bag of goodies. The hat was perfect for me because I collect hats and It will be a great addition to my collection.

I had a wonderful experience with Rainwater, Holt & Sexton in Jonesboro. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and caring. Ms. J'me and Mr. Joe made sure I was always kept updated and explained things with honesty and patience. There wasn't a question I couldn't ask or a concern they wouldn't take the time to address. Was involved in an accident being someone else's fault, and though they were great on how they handled things, I was just annoyed and left wondering why the person representing my case chose to have all the facts, then lie to me about it, leaving me to sign for a check, that wasn't adequate for the life long road of recovery. The doctor I saw seemed to do no better, and all in all I walked out the door with not enough to go get a scan I was told I needed, but have to pay out of pocket. If this is the way this company condones business, I'd recommend someone else that don't lie, and try to rush you out the door and settle for money, before things are fixed. But we do live in a strange world where the consumers not that important
