They cherry pick their cases. We're getting the run around on a worker comp case for my husband. Medical treatment and employer have both been shifty. Clear negligence in the case on a government project. OSHA has investigate and found fault in another company at the jobsite. We decided to reach out to lawyers because its been 2 months and my husband has has no pain relief. RH&S was actually recommended by another lawyer we know in East Texas. Andrea (I believe) basically alluded to the firm only taking on bigger cases with a clear diagnosis. Because our workers comp insurance is being shifty, we cant get a true diagnosis. We've never dealt with this sort of thing and a little guidance from a professional is what we need to ensure we're crossing our T's and dotting our I's and getting proper treatment for my husband. Long story short, dont call until you know exactly what going on and have a big enough case for this firm. The cheesy advertising and billboards should have been enough to scare us away, but I thought I could trust the recommendation I received.
