I strongly advise against engaging the services of this law firm. My experience with them was deeply unsatisfactory. As a parent of a child with autism, I felt taken advantage of during a critical legal matter. Communication was severely lacking. I experienced a complete lack of responsiveness, with no returned phone calls despite numerous attempts. The attorney demonstrated a significant lack of preparation, including a refusal to meet with me prior to court. Instead, I was instructed to submit a letter, which was deemed sufficient. During the court proceedings, the attorney's questioning of witnesses was ineffective and unproductive. Furthermore, I was inexplicably asked to provide notes during the trial, suggesting a serious lack of prior preparation and understanding of the case. This experience resulted in a significant waste of both time and financial resources. It is evident that this attorney displayed minimal effort and a lack of genuine concern for my case and the well-being of my child. I cannot recommend this law firm to anyone facing a serious legal matter.

I had a very strange case. I talked to five different lawyers and got five different answers. None of them seemed interested in helping me because it was so complicated. Sam was the only one who took the time to research and figure out my situation. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome! I honestly feel he went above and beyond to help me. Great lawyer would recommend him to friends and family or anyone in need of legal advice I was facing 4 felony's two of them I would be facing 10 to life but all my charges were dropped and I am able to get my life back in order again all thanks to pastings law office everyone how works in pastings law firm are great people who treat you like family I would like to say again thank you for all that you have done to get these charges dropped and giving me the opportunity to look ahead to my future

My wife was served a summons for a civil suit, (the mayor where we live is trying to overturn my wife's appointment as treasurer) The person the law office hired refused to identify herself as a server, shoved the door open to my house and threw the summons in my wifes face striking her. We could care less about the summons, but hitting her in the face with them is completely unprofessional and assaultive. Called the law office, they didn't care at all. Will be handling this through the sheriffs office now.
