Spoke with one of their paralegals asking for advice. I had a car accident and was looking for representation. The paralegal spoke a great game, then sent me the letter of intent. When I went over it, I saw that there were many errors. I addressed these mistakes, he then said " it doesn't matter, the specifics don't matter. " This if course made me doubt everything. I let him know that I was weary and that I was not going to sign with them. He then became irate, stating that he took my word for it, and I don't unrstand how asking for advice is a legal contract. Well this individual proceeded to file and represent me with no legal document with my signature. Now my case is being held up because of this man's pettiness. I called him tried to ask why he did this, he was upset was yelling saying I took your word for it and hung up. I don't understand what he means by having my word when all I was trying to was look for a lawyer. The lawyers name Eduardo Noriega and the paralegal that has done all of this is Eddie can't recall his last name.

If you have any mental illness disability claim I would keep looking my experience was no good he was very rude I couldn't get the word out asking me the same questions over and over like I'm stupid I will never understand why people aren't willing to dig in the records to see the whole picture you can't look at a few things on a piece of paper talk for 20 minutes and tell someone your verdict on their life with mental illness maybe someone out there will look at everything it's an unpredictable day to day just trying your best to make it prayers for all
