I recently had to hire Mr. Baumgardner to represent a family member of mine. He was very knowledgeable about the legal system and proceedings. He guided us through the process, helped us to understand how each phase would go, and made us aware when things (by the other side) were not being done appropriately. Additionally, even though he had to travel 2 hours to be in court with us a few times, he only charged us a small fraction of what other local firms wanted to charge us for representation. He is the best most kindest attorney out there! I had a serious injustice done to me. It was a massive battle in court!
