The Delta Firm

Caroline is completely incompetent and should not be allowed to mediate. She was brought into court for my divorce in chains and handcuffs for being arrested for domestic abuse on 9/8/25. She completely and utterly messed up our settlement agreement so bad that the Judge threw it out. The Judge alluded that he would be notifying the proper authorities of her practicing outside of her scope. She has cost me compensatory and punitive damages.

Caroline did amazing with divorce mediation for me. All questions and answers were clear and easy to understand. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good divorce mediator.

Caroline Huff has absolutely been the best mediator through this difficult time of divorce. She answered every question, included every detail for the kids safety and made me feel like she really cared about my kids and I. I would highly recommend her! I couldn't have done any of this without her!

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with the Delta Firm. The first time I met Caroline, I was shocked---she didn't look anything like the picture on her website. In fact, I wasn't sure it was the same person. I needed Caroline to mediate/communicate with a family member about a trust. To check on the status, I initiated many of our texts. After several months I expressed my concerns about the lack of progress, and she indicated she couldn't control other people's actions. I retained her because I thought she had the tools and the legal right to obtain information I couldn't get. I felt she was not invested in helping me, just getting her retainer. It was not a productive relationship.
