Not sure how to rate an attorney that helps but also doesn't. Court happened and I wasn't notified ab the judge ordering $500 in attorney fees. Cliff was aware of this proceeding, and didn't speak up for me. Cliff didn't even get back the fees I paid him in the situation. My ex lied on the stand when taken for contempt and I got $500 back in attorney fees. A situation I had FOUR attorneys involved. FOUR. Good luck. I would have still been under compensated with one attorney at $500 and not one was close to that.

Mr Collins was a huge help in getting my father's trust settled with a disgruntled family member and her wishy-washy attorney. He was very understanding of the sensitive nature of the situation, always showing the utmost concern for my best interest. I would highly recommend him, and will certainly use him again if the need arises.

From the time I met Cliff I knew he would fight for me. He was wonderful to work with and easy to contact. He would reply to emails, phone calls, etc within a timely manner and was always willing to help in my time of need. He went above and beyond to help with my case and made a stressful situation one that was more bearable. He was open and honest with me the entire time and did not just tell me what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to hear. Cliff gave me realistic expectations. BEWARE !!! I'm a business owner who retained Mr. Collins in 2016. I paid him a $5,000 retainer to retain lost revinue on a simple default of contract case. Two years later I was told that we would not win this case(without ever going to court). I lost my case and my $5,000 retainer. He gave no inclination that we would not be successful until after the 2 years of time and effort. He's made his money regardless of the result. I just kept receiving charges simply for asking where we were. Essentially, I paid money for a process that I was hardly a part of. I felt left in the dark. If we would have gone to court and lost, that would be one thing but I feel as though Cliff Collins never even tried to represent me, and if he did I was never made aware of the process. Now, he is threatening to sue me for writing this review. I will not back down from you Cliff, no matter how much you threaten me. If you hire him it is very likely that he will do the same thing to you.

Cliff has been my attorney for over 10 years, at first he was my divorce attorney and now I use him for issues around custody and keeping people held accountable for not following court orders. Cliff is great, he doesn't sugar coat anything and is direct, things you want when dealing with custody of your children.
