Mrs Vail was a Godsend during the roughest time of my life as I dealt with allegations of parental alienation during a 5 yr brutal divorce. She showed genuine empathy and actually prayed for me on a regular basis (how many attorneys do that?!). I dealt with several attorneys during my divorce - she gave great counsel and was much more encouraging than some of my other lawyers. She also offered me some coaching involving giving testimony. Finally, I appreciate her being flexible with financing by offering me a unique payment plan.

She is the WORST attorney. Zero communication, she was angry or irritable everytime I spoke to her like I was bothering her. I had to call numerous times to remind them to do their job. She told me to fight for half of everything, but at the end the day before court she's like, they are trying to Auction the house. So, I didn't get anything but 1/2 the house. Which I'm not complaining about. Im complaining about her lack of professionalism. She was EXTREMLY rude everytime I spoke to her. She has zero empathy. It was a nightmare and I 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

Robin was so knowledgeable and a calming presence during a time I needed it! She's an incredible lawyer and person. Robin truly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile. Her office staff are personable and easy to get in touch with as well!

Robin and her staff are amazing! They helped me tremendously in a situation that I would have been lost in had I not had them walking alongside me. 10/10 recommend them for your legal needs!
