THESE ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE TO GIVE YOUR CASE TO!!!!!!! If you are a person of color looking for someone who actually cares about what you are going through, DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!! Gillham took my case on "contingency" then put absolutely no effort into my case at all. He said it was a good case and I had something. It was an employment discrimination case against my old trucking company. He wasted months, with me unable to get in contact with him or even get a proper phone call to talk about my case. I always ended up talking to his secretary. It was always he's working on other cases or in "trials" as if I was NOT IMPORTANT. I'm a 24 years old mother of two. I ended up homeless with my then 6 year old and 1 year old. I have just recently been able to get in a place with my kids now a whole year later after burning my savings and etc waiting on the outcome of this case with this firm just to be turned away with no explanation. It has been a nightmare. I know for a fact I have a solid case and I literally just received my right to sue letter from the EEOC and have to start from SQUARE 1!! If I could give 0 stars I would be there is no option. Choose your attorneys wisely and i pray you all receive every blessing deserved unto you!

I called to get assistance with a possible case against DHS in Sebastian County. The person who called me back basically said she took notes and sent it to the lawyers and they decided whether they would take the case or not. The woman I spoke with was so extremely rude that I hung up on her. This is an important case and that I see you guys have per sued before and I have a lot of great info to share and your employee is so rude I will just try to call someone else as opposed to being blatantly disrespected.

Sutter took my case. Told me I had a good case and we were up against statue of limitations (About 3 months before ended). It was hard to contact after that only to contact me about 3 months later saying he decided not to take my case. With no explanation. WTH!
