Three title searches and nothing snowed in our deeds and years later a neighbor said he has the right to do whatever he wants with 15 foot of our property has removed our cones at the corner so he can cut across the property in stead of turning into his drive. Don't think I would bother with this lawyer if trouble like this comes years later cause we are out all the money.
