I reached out to Lancer law due to a problem with a 2nd loan I had on my home. I could not get a straight answer from the mortgage company. I had tried for 5 years. I spoke to Mark Heckele, managing Partner and he advised what needed to be done. He kept me informed every step of the way. He sent the mortgage company the paperwork to release the lien due to the statutes of limitations in AZ and advised they had 20 days to respond. They responded on the 26th day with a lien release. Regarding the matter I put before them, Lancer Law was prompt, efficient, was able to answer my questions completely, and covered my concerns 110%.
