Mr. Karnas and his team were absolutely amazing! Mr. Karnas really took the time to meet with me and take my case. My case worker Marlene was on top of everything. She was so understanding and helpful in explaining everything to me. This was my first car accident I had ever been in. They really took care of me and fought hard for me. Unfortunately, my interactions with Karnas were marked by a profound lack of respect and courtesy. Their conduct was not only discourteous but also characterized by an unmistakable air of rudeness and disregard for basic decorum. Such behavior reflected a level of insolence and impropriety that was both unexpected and deeply disappointing. Would not recommend.. Unfortunate that a company with a reputation like this would permit such unprofessional conduct and disregard for basic customer respect. One would expect higher standards of courtesy, communication, and service.

Everyone at The Karnas Law Firm is attentive, professional, caring and honest! I slipped and fell in December of 2024 at a restaurant and I broke my patella in 3 places.
