I cannot say enough good things. Not only did the firm care, they went over the top. I'm an agoraphobic patient, my case was not easy at all. I knew I had a lot of hurdles and Jeremy Killpack handled it beautifully. Not once did I feel like my case was a burden, not once did I get treated badly. I was given respect and care and guided through every step. Thank you for all you did to help me win my case. If you're looking for a disability attorney, stop at K&H. I recently signed up with Hallinan & Killpack to handle my SSI Disability claim after a disappointing experience with a larger, more impersonal "disability mill" law firm. One of the reasons I chose Hallinan & Killpack is because I wanted a firm with a local office--somewhere I could talk to someone face-to-face if needed. That personal accessibility was important to me, and it's something the bigger firms just couldn't offer. So far, I've been extremely impressed. Melody was incredible--she spent nearly two hours patiently answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns, even though it was late on a Friday afternoon. What truly stood out was that she never pressured me to "sign up now" or make a quick decision. That kind of respect and transparency was incredibly refreshing. Although I've only just become a client, I wanted to share my experience to date. If anything changes or my experience evolves, I'll be sure to update this review. But for now, I'm genuinely impressed with their professionalism, accessibility, and client-centered approach. UPDATE MID-OCTOBER 2025: I had a meeting with Chad and his assistant (whose name I can't remember right now) and they handled inputing my initial "reconsideration" information with Social Security. They were both extremely professional but also super personable and friendly. Chad was able to answer my questions about the process going forward and provided his email address so I can contact him with any concerns or questions. I also love that I can go into an actual office and talk face-to-face if needed. ~ Raymond
