if you're looking for someone to take you seriously, and truly care about the situation that you're put in, this guy isn't for you. nothing but absolute sarcasm through the entire conversation, listens to everything in saying and gives the opinion that I've "probably" got a good fight here, but when discussing how to possibly get video evidence without a police report number turns around and tells ya "I'm not representing you, I'm simply hearing your situation and quite frankly I'm too busy to even deal with this right now" is just outright rude, and cruel! if you want someone to actually fight for the TRUTH to be held accountable this guy is not the one for you. I believe I got this reaction simply because this is not my first accident so knowing what whiplash is and how it feels and nothing can really be done about it, especially when you're not one to just jump to pharmaceutical medication for relief then theirs really nothing that can be done besides wait it out. I've waited it out to see if it was possibly more than just whiplash, and am a single mother that has to make arrangements for her 3 children when she's not available and have not quite made it to be checked evaluated by a professional, I guess I'm not valuable enough for his precious time. please find someone who actually cares about the well being and SAFETY of your family, as well as holding the party at fault fully accountable for their actions and neglect because this is not the guy that does that. After informing him that I could hear the sarcasm in his voice, and being told he's "too busy" for me, I responded with "well if you're too busy to actually hear me out without sarcasm, then I think you're too busy and should not have called me at all" 100% DO NOT recommend. He just left a nasty taste in my mouth for no good reason than to act like an ass. Find someone worth giving your time and energy too, someone who will fight for what's right and go through the process with you instead of basically telling the individual "you're not good enough for me" without actually saying it!

Tom is an awesome lawyer and a good person. He really cares about his clients and was very easy to work with. He went above and beyond for us.

Came highly recommended, was very excited to speak to Thomas once I heard all the amazing ways he's helped people but was quickly disappointed by him, felt like he was inconvenienced to be hearing and discussing my experience and when we lost contact over the phone didn't even bother to call me back to finish the conversation. Just an email saying sorry about the phone call a day or two later. Wish I could've had the experience of others.
