Spooner is a busy place! That is because it takes very good care of its clients. I have been to many therapy sessions in several states. Spooner is the best. Their therapists care. They take time with each client. They ensure that they demonstrate the exercises. They have an online site where you can schedule your own visits. They smile a lot and make you feel like you belong. Try them. You will appreciate the experience.

I was recommended to Spooner for physical therapy after tearing my tricep on the job as a first responder. As a former athlete who's had surgery before, I was a little skeptical since this wasn't a sports-focused clinic. But honestly, my experience was fantastic. Sam and "Hee-Hee" (yes, that's really the nickname and yes they live up to it) were both awesome at helping me get back to full strength and full duty. They didn't just run me through the motions or settle for the bare minimum. They built dynamic programs tailored to my background and pushed me the right way and enough to get results, but not so much that I regretted showing up the next day. On top of that, they were genuinely fun to be around. It never felt like a chore coming in, which is saying a lot when you're sweating and rehabbing an injury. I'd recommend Spooner to anyone who needs physical therapy whether you're a weekend warrior, a desk jockey, or someone who just managed to hurt themselves doing something questionable.

Spooner is the Best PT place. The therapists are educated carinng people. They truly want to help the area in your body.

I went to Spooner Surprise (Keith) for severe vertigo. I can't say enough about the care I received. Keith not only worked on solving the issue he also provided excellent tools that I could use on my own, which resulted in amazing results. Keith's bedside manner and explanations were excellent and spot on. I will definitely will go back to Spooner for any future PT needs.

Shaun Koth was my assigned therapist. He kept changing the assistants who worked with me. It was very uncomfortable for me. I believe Shaun misunderstood me on the first day and he had a rotten attitude since then. I saw him roll his eyes, and he was not friendly toward me at all. Sadly, Shaun seems to have passive aggressive bully behaviors. Once I left this particular location and went to a different location, I have gotten better quickly. Getting the right care, kindness, and compassion really makes a difference!
