If negative stars were an option, I would give negative TEN. It took us over a week of calling daily to finally receive a call back, from the rudest receptionist I have ever spoken with. No introduction. Blunt. "What can I help you with?" I explained. Then the response was harsh, "We can't help you, it would be a conflict of interest." No explanation. No apology. No suggestion of someone who might be able to help. She just abruptly hung up. I had already made up my mind not to use this firm, based on the first 10 seconds of the long awaited phone call. I wouldn't speak to my dog in the tone she used. Cold. Harsh. Unkind and inconsiderate on all levels. You would think that in a small town like this, that their reputation would be important. I guess not. Don't bother calling, unless you want to leave multiple messages, only to be treated like scum. Save yourself the frustration.
