I never write reviews and I've never had to call a lawyer. I called this place after being referred to by another lawyer that no longer covers what I need help with. I will admit I was a bit awkward on the call, because I've never gone through this process. After I explained my situation and express this is my first time doing this, the lady told me on the phone the price of a consultation and I expressed I might have to keep looking. There was a pause and the phone was hung on her end. People call lawyers often on their worst day. We all know time precious, to be met with absolute no humility was extremely disappointing and embarrassing. Maybe this firm doesn't want newbies, it might not be their target market but they need to remember is a person on the other side of the phone.

My mom, Olga Barajas, hired Attorney Jose Saldivar but decided to cancel his services on July 11, 2025, due to financial reasons. She signed the paperwork to officially end the agreement, but it's been two weeks and she still hasn't received a refund for the unused portion of the legal fees. During their meetings, there were moments that made her feel uncomfortable -- like hearing him hit his desk with his fist, which seemed unprofessional. Even so, she tried to keep things respectful. She is now concerned because there has been no communication or update. We hope he reaches out soon and resolves this fairly.

The best criminal lawyer I've ever met. He already helped me, and several friends, in a very effective way. I will never get tired of recommending it. The best of the best.

i tried to explain my case to his front desk and his manager or prelegal ONLY caring about paying the 400 consultation and even did not assure me that this is a case this office take i asked her one question do you take this cases before i pay the 400 $ consultation she did not answer and when i told her if this is not type of cases you take would you refund my money she was very rude and hang up unprofessional stay away!
