Back in January of 2022 I was the victim of an auto accident. I had a good insurance company but they greatly discounted the compensation settlement for the wreck that was not my fault. Well here's an update to my earlier review. It's been just about 2 months since I sent in my late wife's hospital records proving by Arizona Malpractice Laws that the hospital and infectious disease doctor were at fault for my wife's death due to negligence, failing to follow Antibiotic Stewardship Practices and Failure to Diagnose. I contacted the firm to get an update on their evaluation of the possible case, not if they're taking the case just to see if things were looking good so far since it's been almost 2 months and I would hope they would have an idea up to this point but no one will contact me on the update. I don't know if Ramos Law is always like this or not but I would think that it's not unreasonable to get an actual update after 2 months. I will give one more update once I hear from them. I'm hoping this is not normal for them and I'm just hoping that it slipped through the cracks which definitely can happen with a large firm like Ramos Law which is then very understandable.
