I'm in my late 80's and wanted a Trust revision. Reading over all the copies, there was much I did NOT understand. I was told to mark it and return. In fact, I did a few times, Jared and his staff, explained everything to me, in terms I understood, and did it so patiently ! I'm so impressed and would highly recommend them to everyone ! My kids live out of state, and we're reassured they can call for follow through when the time comes. And, what comfort I feel knowing my last requests will be carrried out.

Being from out of state, my husband and I needed guidance on Arizona Probate Law after a death in our family. I was so lucky to find Jared Owens of Owens Law Firm in Payson, AZ. I consulted via phone with Jared, who was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and caring. I was not rushed through the call at all; in fact, he took his time answering all my questions in a conversational manner rather than just spouting out legal info in hard-to-understand terms. Jared and his staff, are very thorough and friendly, explaining all the required expectations as a client with very clear and concise actions. We had a trust from 1995 that I messed up by inking the changes instead of doing addendums. Jared quickly reconfigured the entire trust and all the other relevant documents, and gave us action items that pulled it all together in a very short period of time. I highly recommend this law firm for any needs that fall under his expertise. We are lucky to have this competence here in Payson!!!

Jared Owens is the ONLY attorney I've ever enjoyed working with. He does not turn into a jerk when he puts on the attorney hat (which has been my experience with other attorneys).
