I should have listened to these comments. They are absolutely true. This attorney is in the best interest in the opposite party getting their way. Has no interest in you whatsoever. Turned none of my evidence in causing my order of protection to be dismissed. I was better off defending myself. He even forgot what side of the party he was in court. How embarrassing when the judge asked if he received the defendant's exhibits and thought he was representing the defendant.... He called me the day before the hearing asking if I drop my order of protection. Why the heck would I drop it when the defendant made threats over txt ? Are you out of your mind?! Very rude and unprofessional. Look elsewhere. I will be filling a complaint with the state bar.

He was rude, inattentive, and obnoxious. I had to tell him things multiple times and he would jump on me saying that I never told him. I'm sure he's a great golfer, but law is not his strong suit. If you're appointed Mr. Frame, just request a change of council immediately.

See update: Michael was retained as public defender for a family member. He is impossible to get in contact with. Hard to schedule a face to face. In court, in front of the judge, he will say, "just call my office and make an appointment." Yeah, right. He will change your court date and not let you know. You will take time off work and show up for court to find he continued and didnt tell you. Unprofessional. Unfriendly. Fire him or waste your time. 3 months ago he said this case would be dropped. Lied. Keeps saying he sent the prosecutor the details which turn this case on its ear.Each time she (Heather Wellborn)says she never got the email. He is working with/for the prosecution, not your interest. You have an option to file a complaint with the State Bar if he is unethical in your case. Update: had to fire him. Have watched him railroad his own clients in court. He will drag the case on forever, because it serves him well. As far as I can tell he has no ethics, no compassion, no sensibilities. This attorney will work against you. Pay attention. Office staff is unprofessional.

Not telling anybody what to do, but my personal experience is, he did not read my case and did absolutely nothing for me. I got the same deal. They offered me before I paid him all the money to help me. I wish I could give a zero star

I have requested my copy of my file and you have yet to do. In fact, you have not provided me with any documents, evidences, or communications between you, the court, or the prosecution in my case. Mr. Frame, you have not been forthcoming, you have not spent "adequate time" with me to discuss my case; nor have you been zealous in my defense. Last but not least, you have preformed in an unethical manner. Therefore, I am compelled to file a formal complaint.
