Rarely do I take the time to submit a review for a business however after completion of my case which Mr. Moyer (Ken) and his staff oversaw, I felt compelled to post in order that others seeking attorney services may find my experience helpful. On the initial phone call, I spoke with Kathy, who oversees the front office. She immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable with her warmth and genuine personality. She took the time to answer all of my basic questions and was instrumental in me being able to confidently choose to retain Mr. Moyer. Thank you, Kathy, for your kindness every step of the way on this journey. Every office should have someone like you at the helm! Next is Carol, Mr. Moyers legal assistant. From start to finish, Carol was top notch. She is professional, timely in every communication, and skilled in what she oversees. Her ongoing guidance throughout this process was amazing. This lady never dropped the ball once and truly made me feel that I put my trust in the right hands. Both of these ladies are true workhorses and absolute gems, in my opinion! As for Mr. Moyer (Ken) himself, he also was professional, knowledgeable and open. Start to finish, I was impressed and this entire team took great care of me. I truly cannot thank them enough for the services they provided.

There are many reasons I cancelled my association with Mr. Moyer. First the receptionist was blabbing about other clients, giving details. Mr. Moyer answered the questions on the questionnaire largely without asking me the questions or showing them to me. And his contract when I received it had stated that 3 different pieces of information required to be given me by the current Bankruptcy Code were not given to me. I could NOT sign this contract. I requested a complete refund of the $100 consultation fee and an uncashed retainer of $300. This was returned to me and basically my complaints went unanswered. Try Majors Law Group. Excellent.

Uncontested inheritance. Started process a year ago. Parents passed and did not have an adequate will, and there were some issues with their prefab home in order to get title to sell it. My brother did all the work in this regard. The lack of updates from Mr Moyer's office is frustrating. We were supposed to sign a document via email weeks ago, and when I emailed today, I was told it would be another 10 days. That the "work" was on Mr Moyer's desk and he would get it done by the end of next week. What does this mean? What does it take to send out a simple form to all parties to have them sign? This is uncontested. Why so difficult? Communication from his office has been minimal. I think that maybe he was on a vacation or something. Got no adequate explanation for the delays.
