I Highly recommend Public Advocacy. They have been supportive for me, when I need to have the support I need at the time I need it, when I need it. 1. I want to mention is they are strict on our benefits all the time. It's because they have to in order to keep our benefits going as long as we need them to. We have to (Think Long Term Care and Plans). Because we don't know what will happen in the future as time goes by. So we need to take care of the things when the time comes ASAP, when Public Advocacy is helping us when we need it at their own pace. Because of the work they do for us. 2. One question I have for you others? If you are not (sure) that you are not liking the surveys you are getting from Public Advocacy now . (I would look at it this way). If you were needing help before you had Public Advocacy. 3. I would just ASK about the surveys MANUALLY about OUR RIGHTS. Because we do have the Rights to have a COPY. (And we all should have been given a copy from the beginning when we started having surveys with Public Advocacy) . One last thing I would like to share, is if you have missed placed your copy. It is not hard to ask for a new copy. I also would like to let you know that the staff at Public Advocacy, they do a lot of work for each and everyone of us for who is a client with Public Advocacy. This is my experience. But it's your choice if you want to try their surveys if you want to.
