Easily the best customer service I've ever received from a shop! I had several backordered parts, and Interior Auto went to bat for me - they worked with insurance on my behalf and continuously followed up with updates about parts without being asked. 12/10 would bring my truck to them again!

I had the best experience Interior Auto Body. They gave me a fair quote. I got multiple quotes around town and this one was the best price for the quality of parts and craftsmanship. They gave me an accurate time line for when parts would arrive and made sure I had my truck back when I needed it. They also cleaned the interior and were really friendly and professional. My truck looked like new when I got it back. So beautiful. I will definitely go back to Interior Auto Body if I ever need work done on my truck again.

These guys were super helpful. They made a possible painful experience less stressful. Also have lots of experience working with 3rd party insurances.

You all did a horrible thing when you let Joe leave. I was in an accident in January and the only reason why I came back to this shop was because of the superior customer service Joe Sharrah provided. Fast forward to March 29th when I had the pleasure of speaking with Monty Manns. I called and asked him when my vehicle was going to get picked up from the dealership in Anchorage due to no one in Fairbanks having the equipment to calibrate my car. He stated Kia was not finished with my car. When I advised him that I had just gotten off the phone with Kia and it had been done for a week. He ran me around in circles and said he would get my car back up here. Car arrived the next day and knowing it was a Saturday, I waited until Monday to call. When I called Monday, Monty stated the insurance had not paid their "mark up" fee. I asked what this was since this was the first time I was hearing about this and Marty did the only thing he does well and ran me around in circles blaming Joe for everything and stating the tow company Joe chose was the most expensive in Fairbanks. I spent the rest of this week being ran around in circles by Monty. I finally got my vehicle back late Friday afternoon after he told my husband he wasn't going to give the vehicle back until they received the last check from the insurance which is this mark up fee that was never mentioned and not paid the first time the tow company took my vehicle. Monty told me on several occasions that he was holding my vehicle and refused to hand it over even after my insurance company stated everything was paid in full because they weren't even tracking Montys mark up price. My husband ended up paying this to get my vehicle back. What good is it to have insurance if interior Autobody is charging the customers fees?? Never again. Horrible business practice. PS thanks for the grimy fingerprints left inside my cab!

At this point, I feel like I should have part ownership in this shop--my wife has wrecked her car so many times that we might as well have a reserved parking spot here! Every single time, they do absolutely amazing work, making the car look brand new again. Not only is the repair work flawless, but they also go the extra mile by detailing the vehicle, which is a nice surprise every time. If you need top-notch auto body repair and outstanding customer service, this is the place to go!
