Inner Strength Physical Therapy

Caroline is an outstanding physical therapist. She is extremely knowledgeable and valued patient education and understanding what's actually going on. I appreciate her holistic approach and addressing how different issues are interconnected. She has great personal skills and I am grateful for how comfortable of an environment she has created. I don't know her official title, but Annie, who works at the front and does billing is also so wonderful. I am so grateful to have been referred to Inner Strength. There is truly no other physical therapist or office like this in Fairbanks. I had given up on finding a pelvic floor PT after seeing 4 different ones in town. None seemed to actually address the issues I was having or provide solutions that helped. Within one session of seeing Caroline I was seeing improvements between my visits and the take home things I was able to implement. I can't speak highly enough. Go see Caroline (and Annie)! So absolutely wonderful all around!

Dr. Caroline is absolutely amazing! I had been seeing another Pelvic Floor PT in the lower 48 for about a year for some post birth pain. Within one session Caroline was able to dissolve that pain using techniques that were not offered by my previous PT. She listens, truly cares about each patient as a whole person and meets you where you are. I highly recommend her!

I live in a part of Alaska that has no Pelvic Floor therapists. They worked me in as I was traveling, and had a brief stay in Fairbanks -I got lots of help with my issues. Both women in the office made me feel very comfortable; the therapist is comprehensive in her knowledge and compassionate with her care. 100% recommend.

After my first visit with Dr. Caroline I felt instant relief and learned so much about my pelvic floor. She is the very first doctor that I've seen that teaches you exactly what she's doing and gives visuals so that you can make mind/body connections. She is one of a kind, professional, super personable, knowledgeable and passionate at what she does. I highly recommend her for anyone having any sort of pain symptoms. She's the best and Fairbanks is so lucky to have her! Also, her office manager Anne is incredible - the kindest, friendliest, and on top of it! Worth the money, and most insurance does reimburse this type of service.

Dr. Caroline and Anne are very friendly and kind and made me feel instantly comfortable and supported! Caroline was great at listening and educating me on important topics. Anne was very helpful with scheduling, choosing treatment packages and payment options. My overall experience was excellent and I definitely can say that Inner Strength cares deeply about helping people!
