I engaged Henshaw Law Firm for a critical child custody case, hoping for expert assistance. Instead, I faced exorbitant charges totaling $42,500, with minimal progress. Their staff, insensitive to my financial constraints as a disabled veteran, nonchalantly cited "the law" as an excuse for their incompetence. They overcharged me for trivial phone calls and allowed a child support order to pass uncontested, despite my inability to pay.
