The appointment was initially set for 4:00 PM on September 8th. Then, around 6:00 PM, the intake representative, Catalina, rescheduled it for the following day at 2:30 PM. The next day, she called again at 1:00 PM to say the attorney was driving to the office and asked to move it to 3:30 PM. I agreed, only for the attorney not to show up at all--no apologies, no explanation. Ask yourself, would you want someone representing you who treats clients that way?
