Unresponsive and subpar work ethic . After our initial consultation, I was told to email some documents. I was told a price . For over a week, I emailed and called asking how to remit payment .That should have been a red flag - begging someone to take my money. After paying and explaining the circumstances- radio silence . I emailed and called for weeks in regard to this matter . Eventually, one of the parties involved passed away and we could not proceed with the matted because we did not have the prepared document by the attorney to get the now deceased person's signature. . A week after their passing , the attorney suddenly calls in response to me calling again as a follow up. She then checks and sees all the emails and follow ups etc. she did apologize and refund me the fee I paid but now because of her lack of work and I responsiveness, I have to spend several thousand.dollars to get this matter resolved through probate:. This angers me because this could have been avoided had she done her part and communicated effectively .
