The level of unprofessionalism at this law firm is unbelievable. I called with a legitimate concern and was met with rudeness, disrespect, and a complete lack of professionalism. Kay and Regan abruptly hung up on me after I informed them that my family came to the decision to no longer use their law firm. She then acerbically emphasized that they will not be waiving the fee for the services rendered; which we were fully aware of. This behavior is completely unacceptable for a firm that claims to represent clients with integrity. I would never recommend this office to anyone. All we asked for was a proper approach with the case. Each time the law firm has reached out to me, the secretary has been unprofessional.

I am very pleased with Ms.Kay Dansby (lawyer) and her staff. They were very thorough during the process of my disability appeal. I didn't really have to talk to them much, because there was know need, you know it's just a long waiting process before you have your hearing. When I had my phone call with Ms. Kay Dansby to go over what they would be asking during the hearing, she went over pretty much everything the judge would be asking during the hearing. She told me what I needed to focus on with my situation during the hearing and let's just say I'm glad I had that phone call with her before my hearing. She is very nice I must say and so is her staff. However, I won the case thanks to Ms.Kay Dansby! So happy I used her. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a attorney. I am not pleased with the office staff that answered the phone. Called yesterday to asked for help and the girl that answered blew me off acted like she didn't want to do any foot work. Like it was my job to find out where the problem was
