My Experience with this Law Firm Claiming to be "For the People"
I had a clear-cut discrimination case, and I was confident it would be an easy win. In fact, I have a recorded conversation with the head of the company I was suing. He admitted that they'd settle out of court to avoid another lawsuit, specifically to prevent a certain entity from finding out about their ongoing issues.
But the law firm I contacted, which claims to be "for the people," completely failed me. They're not for the people; they're only in it for the money. My experience with them was nothing but a waste of time. I spent a week or two on the phone with various staff members, none of whom were even lawyers. They would just pass me from one person to another, only to finally tell me they weren't interested in taking the case.
Their actions don't match their motto. If they truly cared about helping people, they would have been upfront and honest with me from the beginning. Instead, they just wasted my time.
If you're looking for a lawyer, don't trust firms that just want to make a quick buck. Find someone in your area who genuinely cares about their clients and their cases. A good lawyer will be the one who is actually "for the people."

I think it's really unfair that I was told you would help me and then turn me down after giving my information and signing papers electronically . Just because I have a small life insurance policy that was paid off years ago by my mother. And as for gaining more work credits, there is no way I can do that. I have disc degenerative disease and I have had a stroke . I will never recommend this firm.

I never felt more useless after talking to your "customer service " they read from a script and English is NOT there first language...your ads on TV make you sound like a caring company..after my " conversation " with this person I'm thinking not so much ... I claimed for disability and was turned down like 99% of people and this person told me they couldn't help me cause I didn't have enough work credits ..but couldn't explain what that ment she just cut me off and sent an email.. I have worked up until I couldn't and according to my disability claim I have 40 credits (what ever that means) but that's ok I will have my dr help me appeal when I go back because I now have nerve damage ... thanks for your help
