For a week or two, I had been trying to get in touch with someone about my case...dealing with cold transfers, unanswered voicemails, and no callbacks. I was stressed and frustrated because I couldn't reach anyone, and I wasn't even informed that my case or point of contact had been moved! As a last resort, I emailed Robin, even though she is no longer my case manager. She responded within minutes and called me immediately. She didn't have to, but she stepped in without hesitation. She apologized for the confusion, made sure I understood what was going on, and addressed all my concerns with patience and kindness. I never had a single issue with Robin when she was my case manager. She has always been kind, informative, and consistent. On my way to work, I was hit by a drunk driver. My car was totaled, and I was taken away in an ambulance. I was happy not to have been killed.
