If I could give 0 stars I would. My son has had a fiduciary account with this law firm for about 6 months. I get turned around at the bank EVERY TIME I Try to cash his checks, either because the money isn't there or because they wrote the check out to a 4 year old... When I call this lady answers And tells me not to worry she will get a notice to someone who is over his account. No one ever calls back, no one ever fixes the issue, here it is 2 months since I've been able to cash a check for my son and I Was told yesterday (Friday) One for 2 months of benefits would be overnighted to me. Mail has ran for today and again nothing but disappointment. It is completely absurd and nothing ever gets resolved. I pray that God delivers me from this and I never have to deal with suck careless people again.

He's a "take the money and run" type of guy. Couldn't even provide a simple breakdown of the use of money that I paid him. Then, he sends me a letter stating he can no longer represent me. My recommendation is, don't use him.

I must say with the case I had I am very happy that I turned to Don Bevill. Mr. Bevill, along with his staff, were there to help me along the way. I couldn't ask for better representation. Me and my family consider Mr. Bevill and his staff family now. He never gave up on my case and most of all he didn't give up on me.
