I called and left my info over the weekend. 2 days later I received a call back from Jan. I specifically remember her name. I wasn't at home at the time and told her I'd call back in half an hour. When I called back she lied and told me I'd never spoken to her at all and it must have been someone else. She told the receptionist this also and they stopped answering the phone when I tried calling back. So unprofessional and she wasn't very kind at all. Jan's tone was extremely agitated as well as condescending.
