Update 9/13/19- Wow this places response was to push me to 'call our customer service line.' I guess Bart's wife is too busy to just apologize. Somehow ended up talking to Bart's wife. My husband was trying to handle our case because my jaw was injured from my car accident and it hurt to talk. I was listening in and she got quite an attitude while my husband was trying to explain this. You'd think someone who wants a third of YOUR settlement money for your services would strive to be a little friendlier.

Initially the young woman I spoke with was awesome, but the attorney who called could have cared less about my case. Essentially, since Alabama is a contributory negligence state that they didn't have time to deal with my case and just offered me the number to the Alabama Bar Association Lawyer Referral. These guys are out for one thing big paydays for themselves.
