I have worked as a social worker in Baldwin County and my husband and I recently used Jason Spry for a personal custody situation and Jason was excellent and so professional during the whole process. He and Savannah were so on top of communication and did a great job of setting expectations and helping us feel informed and prepared. You can tell his passion really is advocating for children and their best interest and I will continue to recommend him personally and professionally.

Jason Spry has incredible work ethic, knowledge of family law, professional experience and the compassion for doing right by vulnerable children. As a social worker, I have worked with many attorneys and Jason is the only attorney I refer anyone. He represented me in the adoption of my son and there is no other person I would have wanted to represent me and fight for my child. Jason serves on the board of directors for the Baldwin County Child Advocacy Center.

Jason was truly outstanding! I endured a grueling three-year custody battle, and during my initial efforts to protect my daughter, I enlisted the help of an attorney who showed little concern for my situation. This lack of professionalism left me feeling trapped, ultimately forcing me to accept terms that I knew were not in my child's best interest. But once I brought Jason on board to clean up the mess, he really fought for my daughter's needs and made her well-being and safety his top priority. My adult daughter hired Mr. Spry to represent her for family court. Mr. Spry and his office were completely unprofessional in their communication for several months and dropped my daughter's case a week before trial after charging her thousands of dollars. I have hired several attorneys in my life and have never experienced the complete lack of professional ethics that he and his law firm displayed. Don't waste your money or time.

I live out of state and hired Jason as my attorney paying him over 4k. He withdrew right before the trial because he was not prepared and told the judge it was "communication issues," leaving me high and dry. Our judge granted me a continuance since he did not give enough notice. I am hiring a new attorney. He is very unprofessional, other clients have also left this attorney for multiple reasons and his unethical practices have been reported to the Alabama State Bar. Please do not waste your time and money and choose another attorney.
