I had a very negative experience with this attorney. From my perspective, my case was neglected -- I was told to show up only 15 minutes before my hearing, and I felt he was unprepared and let key arguments fall through. Some of the advice I received felt risky to me, including my understanding that I could ignore certain filings, which left me questioning whether my best interests were being protected. When I did raise my concern, he told me that maybe I needed a translator to understand what he's saying. Communication was poor. Many of my emailed questions went unanswered, yet I was billed for them, along with a phone call that occurred before I had even hired him. To this day he has not refunded any amount of my retainer. I essentially paid $5,000 for one hearing, two phone calls, and one consultation, with no discovery ever completed. In my opinion, the billing was excessive and unreasonable. This was my personal experience, and I hope it is helpful to others.

I had a very negative experience with Brandon Little. He's not truthful & he mishandled my case. I would not recommend him under any circumstances. Once he gets your money, that's it. I hve reported him to the Alabama Bar Association & I intend to go further with it.
