This being my first experience having to deal with an attorney for this particular circumstance, I have to say that Kris Burbank and the staff at King Simmons was awesome. I never felt as if I were a burden when asking questions, my emails were always returned promptly and very informative. All of the legal terms were explained to me thoroughly, and they always made me feel comfortable and at ease whenever I was in the office or on the phone. I would highly recommend Kris and the staff to anyone needing legal advice or representation.

This was my first ever lawsuit and Mr. King and his staff treated me like family the whole time. I highly recommend this firm and his staff. Mr. King is very knowledgeable and attacked it from every angle during the depositions.

I would definitely recommend Kings Simmons P.C. to a family member/friend if a situation were to come about. They handled our case and fought for the best outcome for us. January 2023 Morris Bart's law firm referred me to King-Simmons Law firm for my workers comp case at this time they are attorney that was assigned to Darryl Matthew Always seem edgy and irritated with me when I was trying to understand this legal process. He treated me as if I was a burden to him and the legal establishment he represented. I reported him I thought things will get better. I performed most of the work and reported the progress to their law firm!!! Darryl Matthew, ignored blocked my phone number. When attaching me to an email, he'd used all caps!!! How disrespectful to a client! After several nasty conversations with him, I had reached my patience with the disrespect. I decided that I didn't want him to represent me, apparently he talked to Mr. Larry king concerning my request to have him removed from my case. Mr. King contacted me to inform me that he was taking over my case with subtle insults. I thought things would get better after Mr. King took my case, little did I know, it would get worse! Bethany was assigned to assist whenever she was there! I would email, call or text her with updated information, something that she should have done! I knew I was up a creek without a paddle!! I worked my case primarily! Worker Comp's supervisor called me yesterday to inform me of my appointment from a selection panel doctor, she asked me if my attorney had called me and I was embarrassed to say no! I decided to express my highest dissatisfaction with this law firm as a result, I received several calls from the King-Simmons' Law Firm and Mr King let me have it! Mr. Larry King contacted me yesterday with a condescending tone after I left an email and voice message of my displeasure of their representation. Larry King decided that he and I like a married couple need to part ways he sent me a letter via email recusing the firm from my case. In my opinion, this is very orthodox behavior of a law firm the way they treated me! Held me out for seven months! I'm in the process of searching for an attorney who will take my case. I will report them to the bar association for poor performance and conduct.

I want to thank the wonderful family of King Simmons P. C. For the excellent job they did in representing me with my case. Attorney Karen Berhow and her hard fighting assistant Abigail Snook. It's people such as yourself that gives us hope. Continue to fight for the clients the way you guy's do. I'm truly pleased with how considerate of my well being. I can't thank you enough. You guys are truly the children of God.
