This law firm lacks communication in every way possible. My case went on for just a little under a year with no responding as to why. I was lied to by multiple people. I was never assigned to an attorney. I talked to Elizabeth Hunter 1 time and it wasn't regarding information on a case. All was said to me was "Oh I thought you had this number." Every-time I called about updates on my case, I had to re-explain everything to 3 different paralegals , who I was and what my case was. The only time this law firm called me was when payment was due or 2 days before my court date was scheduled. I was lied to by this facility saying someone would call me and talk to me and NOBODY ever called. I was the one who had to call. I paid over 3,000 dollars and they are refusing to refund me ( this doesn't include the $2,000 deposit). They have not helped at all and it is not fair to keep my money and not help. Even when I wanted to withdraw , they did not seem to care and kept telling me the same lies. No one in this law firm has been any help. Be careful choosing this place because it's like pulling teeth to get ANY answers . Elizabeth Hunter was no help, neither was Kelvin or Malia. Update lol they claim they have no record of me but I bettt they have record of me sending money to them oh okay.
