The paralegals that went over my case was very thorough, professional and kind. They answered all my questions, I was not rushed or made to feel that I was. They researched my concerns and gave me updated answers to any questions that I had. I was satisfied with the results of their overview of my case documents. Everyone in the office in Birmingham was wonderful from the beginning to the end from my initial meeting. (Mrs Kim and attorney Blake) to the process (Jessica )to the young lady who did my final readng I apologized I forgot her name but she had beautiful nails and her professional approach with Mrs Kim was empathetic patient and kind. The receptionist is very friendly and kind. I loved everything all the way down to the attorney. He listened to each and every concern that i had. Everyone in the office gets a PERFECT 10.
