Attorney Stamps is rude and lacks curtesy and professionalism. If you have the option to go with a different lawyer I would recommend you do so. Rushed me off the phone as if I wasn't worthy of speaking with him. Take your business elsewhere ladies and gentlemen

I called them because of their 5 star review and because he is located in my hometown1. Once he finally called me, he didn't refer to me by the right name. I gave him my correct name and he pretty much rushed me off the phone several times after that. He would not let me tell him what was going on or what issues I was having. Its been 5 years going on 6, dealing with a particular situation that I needed advice on. He didn't give me any legal advice because it "would have to be a case", I understood that. I don't want to waste my time or anybody else time. He was rude, he kept cutting me off with "what's your question?" Well, I dont know thats why im calling someone like you with your expertise! I am not looking to sue unless I have a case which is why I called. There are other lawyers who would give you advice without suing outside of legal aid. However, he did refer me to legal aid, after the fact I suggested legal aid because it's FREE to receive legal advice. That was by far the best advice he could give me being that Legal aid has helped and guided me through cases before which led me to winning cases on my own, or cases being dropped. If you do not receive the advice you need with any law group(s) I would suggest Legal Aid. Legal Aid response is much quicker. Also, legal aid will listen. They will make sure they are guiding you in the right direction. Depending who you talk to, they're blunt too but they WILL help you!

Mr. Stamps has been emaculant and was kind hearted enough to give me a loan out of my case to buy Christmas with until my case is settled of the amount of $250.00 and so far has been kind and considerate and is working hard everyday on my case would definitely recommend this gentleman very professional and upfront and honest
