W. Taylor Stewart

Mr. Stewart refused to pay my company after we completed an investigation on his clients behalf. We were hired to assist in the litigation process and after we completed our investigation, Mr. Taylor refused to finish paying for our professional services. We have been in business for more than 20 years and never had an attorney just completely disregard our emails and invoices. Mr. Taylor was very happy with our services and we have emails from him confirming this. Mr. Taylor also stated that he would pay us, but the payment never arrived and the communication stopped. This is a very disrespectful way to treat the companies you hire.

Couldn't win or even fight a custody case with any effectiveness. Charged us 5 grand then wanted more money 2 months later having done nothing for our case. Which is illegal. Coluded with our adversary and suddenly had no more time for our case. I'm speaking of Donald Stewart Sr. It is my understanding that the apple didn't fall far from the tree and rotted quickly. Just ask all the Monsanto victims who never got one red cent because the Stewart's wouldn't pay.

This law firm is a JOKE! The mishandling of the 3m lawsuit was awful! Many people didn't recieve any compensation and others like myself Recieved checks that were NO GOOD-Returned by Regions Bank. The office is so UNPROFESSIONAL they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to correct these issues! The fees were way too high and the fact that they didn't pay out to people has to be grounds for a lawsuit against them! I wasn't paid what I should have been paid and they didn't even have my original paperwork. The secretary kept telling me the attorney would call me back Well I spoke to him and there still was NOTHING DONE to rectify the issues! This firm is at the bottom of the barrel! I'm looking for others that have been wronged in this case so we can get the news media to shine light on them for their wrongs (Which appear to be intentional)

Phenomenal crooks and downright awesome liars!!! They'll tell you they're sending you your check just to shut you up for a few days - when in reality they never send it out. I had surgery and couldn't take off my full recovery time due to having to go back to work early - because I have to pay the store owner back. This has been the most horrible experience ever and it's literally taken a toll on me mentally and financially

I was a part of the 3M lawsuit. Unfortunately I haven't received my compensation. They haven't returned any of my phone calls or texts. They've confirmed my info 2-3 weeks ago via phone stating the Attorney would call me back. No returned call and STILL waiting.
