This was my dad's attorney for when he passed away. So after he passed last year, we had to contact one of the attorneys at this firm, Bill Jackson. It has been terrible dealing with him. He's very rude, don't ever have time to explain the probate process. In the beginning, he was out for 2 months, then when he came back his secretary was out for a month. We have never received an update on this large estate, its very frustrating trying to figure out this process. It's not supposed to go past 6 months but now we find out it could take years. We are totally in the dark about the whole thing. He is non-transparent. He won't return phone calls, totally ignores us. Secretary always says he's on the other line. He sent us a bill for the first month for $5000, that he charged for a waiver he sent out and a few phone calls when he did answer. We have been dealing with him for over 7 months. When you do get to talk to him, he's very short and condescending, rude, he won't explain the process, he acts like we're suppose to know. This is the first time I ever inherited anything so I don't know the process. At this point, I'm ready to hire my own attorney and contest everything he's doing.I would never advise anyone to use him. He's old, slow, rude, impatient, and condescending, like he's doing us a favor. You need to look long and hard before hiring this guy.
